I want to reiterate my appreciation for your responsiveness  under what I know were less than optimal conditions for you. (Please apologize to your wife and child(ren?) for taking up your family time – I know how difficult it is dealing with client problems from home, and I regret the inconvenience to you and them.) Moreover, tonight was a lesson in how fortunate we are to have your knowledge and skills available to us on a moment’s notice.  

But for your certainty that the hard drive did not need replacing and your tenacity in tracking down the cause of the problem, I’d have gone through the hassle of installing a new hard drive that I didn’t need. I have no doubt that undertaking that task – even with your guidance and the world-class software -- would have resulted in my receiving yet another lesson in the inevitability of  “Murphy’s Law”.

Perhaps you regard your being able to locate and solve the bizarre problem as nothing extraordinary, but “awed” does not even begin to describe my perception of the way you handled this.

Dear Chris:

I wanted to thank you and Chris Donaldson for the exemplary work you performed on our network.  We have had at least three or four firms work on the network and SNS is the only one that had gotten it to work so well.  In fact, yours is the only company that has gotten it to work without ongoing problems.  In addition to your expertise and knowledge, each of you was a pleasure to work with. Your prices were fair and your work was timely and performed within the time-frame that you quoted.  You even found ways to save us substantial sums.

In short, we are delighted with SNS.  Any company that can satisfy so many attorneys should be commended.  And SNS deserves the highest accolades.
